Return and Exchange

All purchases made via our site are final and are not subject for any refunds. Rest assured that everything we send out has gone through thorough inspection and are carefully packed before dispatch.

However, we understand that come circumstances may happen beyond our control. Therefore, we may process for a return and exchange on specific cases.

1. I changed my mind about my purchase. May I process for a return?

Sorry but we don't accept returns due to change of mind. All orders, once confirmed and paid, are considered final and are not valid for return or exchange.

2. When is my order valid for a return or exchange?

If the wrong product was delivered to you or is near expiry, we will work out a replacement for you. If your case falls under any of these two categories, please get in touch with us within 24 hours upon receipt.

Replacement will take five (5) working days upon request.

3. I received my orders but they're all damaged. May I request for a replacement?

Most definitely! While we ensure your orders are packaged well and shipping-proof, it may be inevitable for some to get damaged in transit. If such is the case, please get in touch with us within 24 hours upon receipt so we can process a replacement for you.

Important: For Metro Manila customers conducting a same day courier pickup, we strongly recommend booking motorcycles with insulated bags most especially if you have orders with bottle packaging. We will not be liable for any damage that happens while they're in transit.
