Accounting Staff

Overview

• Preparation of reports, management of general ledgers and accounts payable files, and ensures adherence of tax requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting or any Accounting related course 
• Experience on invoicing or voucher preparation highly preferred
• With knowledge and skills on Microsoft tools, most especially Excel

Marketing Associate

Overview

• Assists the Marketing OIC and/or Chief Marketing Officer in executing end-to-end business planning and management for the assigned product (marketing, financials, etc.)
• Helps manage product life cycle (from ideation to execution) and helps identify market opportunities and touch points in the development of marketing plans
• Effectively manages resources and evaluates financial impact of plans
• Executes day to day requirements for the Marketing department (e.g. report preparation, production of marketing collaterals, trade checks, etc.)

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business related or Marketing related course
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, or any any related industry highly preferred
• With at least one (1) to (2) years experience in Brand Management or Marketing 
• Exhibits an entrepreneurial and go-getter spirit
• Has a strong sense of accountability and initiative
• Must be process and solution-oriented; persistent, and resilient in solving consumer and business problems
• Should be highly teachable and collaborative
• With exposure and good understanding of how digital platforms drive businesses (social media and online selling platforms) is a bonus
• Has good writing and communication skills and above average skills on MS Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or any similar presentation and editing tools

Territorial Medical Representative/ Hospital Medical Representative

Overview

• To promote Scheeling’s products within their assigned territory and achieve the sales commitment against the sales budget on a monthly basis

Qualifications

• With one (1) to two (2) years experience as a Medical Representative or as a sales agent in any related field highly preferred
• Graduate of Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any related course
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be results-driven and high customer orientation
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and open to be relocated anywhere in the Philippines
