How do I place an order?

  1. Browse through our products on the site.
  2. Select the product you wish to purchase and quantity needed.
  3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Payment details and order number are reflected upon checkout. Please take note and proceed to payment.
  5. After payment, send your order no., proof of payment, and prescription (if ordering a prescription drug) to 0917 523 5715.
  6. Upon payment, shipping details will be confirmed. For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, your shipping fee will be quoted separately.

For orders placed on weekends, shipping resumes on Mondays. If product is needed urgently, kindly Viber us at 0917 523 5715 so we can explore options for you!

Do I need a medical prescription to order?

OTC Products - medical prescription not required

Prescription Drugs - medical prescription is required; please send a clear copy on Viber (0917 523 5715) upon order payment

What are your modes of payment?

Please settle your payment and send your proof of transaction within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order may be automatically cancelled.

How much is shipping?

WITHIN METRO MANILA (via Grab or Lalamove)

For orders below P2,000: Customer to pay shipping, cost depending on their location. You may check the estimated fee by pinning our pick-up point: JMT Corporate Condominium, ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City

For orders P2,000 and above: Free shipping


Starts at P200 for a min. of 1kg; actual shipping fee will be provided after order placement

How long will my order take?

Once order has been paid:

WITHIN METRO MANILA (via Grab or Lalamove): Same day

OUTSIDE METRO MANILA (via LBC or J&T): Two (2) to five (5) working days upon courier pickup

* We ship Mon-Fri, 9AM to 4PM. Orders paid after this schedule will be shipped on the next immediate shipping day

Can you accommodate orders on weekends and non-working holidays?

Sorry, we do not hold office on weekends and public holidays so we may be unable to accommodate. In any case, kindly Viber us at 0917 523 5715 so we can help you out!

For really urgent orders, our products are available in all leading Mercury Drug branches nationwide.

Return and Exchange

I changed my mind about my order. May I process for a return?

Sorry but we cannot process returns or exchanges due to change of mind or any personal errors due to a customer's lapse. 

All orders once confirmed and paid are considered final.

The wrong product was delivered to me, what should I do?

Kindly send us a photo on Viber at 0917 523 5715 within 24 hours upon product  receipt so we can process for replacement.

The product delivered to me is already near expiry, what should I do?

Only products expiring in three months or less can be subject for a replacement. Kindly send us a photo on Viber at 0917 523 5715 within 24 hours upon receipt and we'd be happy to process the exchange for you.

My orders are damaged, may I request for a replacement?

If the actual product is damaged (ex. torn capsules, broken bottles, etc.), kindly send us a photo on Viber at 0917 523 5715 within 24 hours upon receipt so we can process for replacement. 

Our policy doesn’t cover damages made to the outer packaging only. 

Handling of shipment is beyond our control so while we ensure proper packaging of all items, please note that we will not be liable for any damage that happens while they’re in transit.

Do you offer refunds?

We can only offer refunds on approved cases concerning completely damaged products (damage on outbox or outer packaging not included). Kindly make sure this is properly documented upon opening of the package.
