1. How can I place an order?

Browse through our products on the site.
Select the item you wish to purchase and quantity needed.
Add to cart.
Proceed to checkout and fill out all required information including preferred shipping method and mode of payment.
Payment details are reflected upon checkout. Take note and proceed to payment!

2. What are your modes of payment?

Payment details are provided upon checkout.

3. What are your shipping methods?

Metro Manila: Same day courier pickup, e.g. Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Mr. Speedy; to be booked and paid by customer
Outside Metro Manila: J&T

4. How much is your shipping fee?

Metro Manila (via same day courier pickup): Price depends on your location. You can check the estimated fee by pinning our office, The JMT
U Corporate Condominium, in Ortigas Center
Outside Metro Manila (via J&T): Starts at P200 for a min. of 1kg

5. When do you ship out orders?

Metro Manila (via same day courier pickup): we can prepare your orders for pickup during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4PM. Payment cut-off: xxxx; payments that do not make it to our cut-off will be ready for dispatch the following day.
Outside Metro Manila (via J&T): Every Thursday only.
Payment cut-off: Wednesday, 3PM; payments that do not make it to our cut-off will be ready for dispatch on the next shipping schedule.

6. What is your shipping lead time?

Metro Manila (via same day courier pickup): get your orders as soon as you book a rider for pickup
Outside Metro Manila (via J&T): 2 to 7 working days; please account for possible delays with the continued implementation of the nationwide lockdown
